Q- Why so cheap, are there any other hidden charge to advertise my number plates with you?
A- There are no hidden charges. This is a fair service to private advertisers and dealers.

Q- How do I register and activate my free account?
A- Complete the Free Registration form. If you see the screen with "Activation Success" you may login to your account using the username and password that you entered during registration. Do not use any spaces in your login name. If you experience any problems with registering please contact us.

Q- Do buyers have to pay to search on this site?
A- No its completely FREE.

Q- How does the buyer contact the seller. Do I need to display my email address?
A- Speak or email direct with each other. No premium rate telephone numbers to go through.
Your email address is hidden unless you wish to make it available publicly. Buyers can still email you though via our messaging system!

Q- The postcode search does not work when I enter my full postcode!
A- We wish to protect your privacy as much as possible. You need to enter the post code without any spaces You can also search without using a postcode at all.

Q- How many number plates am I limited to advertise through you?
A- No limit, advertise as much and as many as you like as long as you adhere to the Terms and Conditions. 1 payment per damaged car advertised or select a package for cheaper rates again.

Q- How long will my ad be online for?
A- Your listing will be available for up to 180 days! You can deactivate or delete it at any time before the 180 days are finished when you have sold it.

Q- My Number Plate ad does not show up on the website but I have listed it!
A- Once you have added your damaged car listing plus any photos and video and you are happy with it your listing will automatically be active. You can activate and deactivate your own Number Plate Sale ads whenever you wish, if for example, you want to edit the details or wait for a certain date to make it live and available for sale. Make sure your ad is active by looking at your listing details, if you see "deactivate this listing" it should be live on our site.

Q- How do I delete any AD from my account once I've sold the Number Plates?
A- Once you have sold your Number Plates just login to your account, edit your Number Plate Sale listing to mark it as SOLD. Or just click delete and it will be removed from your account permanently.

Q- How much will it cost to register my Business and advertise all my stock?
A- IT depends on our packages available at that time Or email us directly for negotiation.

Q- How many photographs am I allowed to upload for one Number Plate Sale AD?
A- You are allowed 1 maximum. Our software will resize your pictures, but try and keep the file size below 1 Mb as it will just take longer to upload! (300 x 300 is ideal.)

Q- How many different number plates can I place within one advert submission?
A- You must only use one set of plate characters (one plate) for each advert submission. By placing more than one number plate to sell in any single advert or photograph will result in the advert beeing not approved and cancelled immediately. No refund will be offered to any seller who places more than one plate per advert and photo.
